#omgcp#zimbits#i just really like the idea of jack also wanting to wear his bf’s clothes#but like. nothing fits. bitty catches jack staring at one of bitty’s own shirts for Way Too Long and he silently files away this information#picks up some loose-fit flannels the next day#writes his name on the tags… wears them all the time… casually leaves them all around jack’s apartment…#jack picks up on it pretty quick “ha ha bitty you got me” but that doesn’t stop the man from putting em on#jack gets VERY ATTACHED to them. folds em carefully in bitty’s drawer. checks the tags for bitty’s name every time.#(bitty’s oversize flannels are still a little smaller than jack would usually buy)#(bitty did this on purpose)#(jack likes em that way though. they’re like portable hugs) (via @sufferbot)

some things bitty was fully responsible for:

  • thin black suspenders
  • sleeves pushed up to the elbow
  • pants that fit (bitty shares a long look of disbelief with jack’s team-assigned stylist when this finally happens. when jack asks they both scramble to assure him that yes, they are in fact his size)
  • half-unbuttoning several dress shirts (”jack, I am doing the world a favor right now.” “the world, eh?” “also myself.”)
  • a canadian tuxedo bonfire

I see your rabbit cufflinks and I raise you JACK being the one to see those on a tray at the tailor’s shop, picking them out and softly smiling at Bitty. “You’d like these, eh?” Bitty tries not to roll his eyes fondly. Yes, he loves Senor Bun, but Jack’s got it in his beautiful head that Bitty’s obsessed with rabbits. But Jack gets so happy when he thinks he’s making Bitty happy, so yes, he flushes with pride and so much love every time Jack wears those to a fancy event, fiddling absently with his cuffs as a way of soothing himself when questions or interactions get too stressful. “It’s like you’re there with me,” he confesses to Bitty late one night, the tips of his fingers pressed against the edge of the screen. Bitty aches with the desire to hold him.
