here’s a thing i’ve been wondering about for a few days: where’s the modern day adaptation of robin hood where robin is a black kid “from the hood”? you know, where little john is his trans best friend and friar tuck is the cool youth pastor? and the sheriff of nottingham is the local police chief and guy of gisborn is his deputy? while lady marion is the daughter of the town’s mayor, or something like that?

they’re all tweens fresh out of school, working shitty minimum wage jobs. it sucks, so they form the group “the merry men of sherwood” and plan to steal stuff from the rich upperclassmen, only to discover that the sheriff and marion’s uncle are planning to stage the upcoming mayoral election, which would suck, as the uncle is a huge piece of shit.

you know, that adaptation? where is it? i want it.
