One of the awesome things about Hannigram is how easily they can both shift along the D/s spectrum, especially with each other.  

But um, yeah, I don’t think Will’s dominant streak can be denied.  

Like, we joke so much about “Will Graham kinkshames himself,” and canonically speaking the number one “kink” that he shames himself for is this:  

We’re so used to seeing Will act out other people’s violence, but it’s important to remember that this one is actually Will omg.  

Like, you could kinda read the whole series, on a sub-textual level, as the story of one shamelessly kinky bastard (Hannibal) getting someone super repressed (Will) to embrace their own dominant tendencies without shame or guilt.  It’s everyone else looking at Will and being all, “He’s so fragile and awkward and shy, be careful with him,” and Hannibal seeing through all that and going, “Give that pretty boy a whip already, ffs.”     .
